QotD: Bad Break Ups
What's the worst way you've ever been broken up with?
He said: "Will you 'go with me'?"
I said: "yes"
We kissed, he went home.
He called me when he got home and told me that his ex-girlfriend was pregnant.
That was the end of that.
A year or two later I heard that he was in a motorcycle accident and lost part of one of his legs. My Dad tried to get me to go to the hospital to see him. I refused. I guess I still feel guilty about that, or I wouldn't remember it so many years later. Hmmmm....I can't remember his name at the moment either, but I still have a necklace he gave me when he asked me to 'go with' him.
