We haven't owned our own home since September 2001. It is an excellent feeling waking up knowing you once again own a home. We don't move in for another six days...but we still own it. Merry Christmas!
Oh...no....Those are the decorations of the people we bought from. We aren't moving until next week. She did say she might leave some of those behind. I told her to leave anything she didn't need or want anymore. I'd be happy to deal with it. So far they've told us they are leaving:
a desk and chair a credenza a refrigerator a computer printer and some empty RubberMaid storage tubs.
We are planning a huge garage sale when we get everything in and settled---so a few more things won't make a difference one way or another.

BTW....I'm really impressed with the fact that you have your Christmas decorations up already! It would take me weeks to figure it out.
